Please read these Terms of Service carefully. If you do not agree, do not access or use our Site or Services.

1. Scope & Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return/Refund Policy, and any other policies posted on the Site (collectively “Terms”), form a binding agreement between you and Flora Lux (“we”, “us”, “our”), an entity incorporated under Indian law.
We operate under and comply with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Your use of the Site is subject to these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. Eligibility & User Representation
You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Minors may use the Site only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You confirm that you have the authority to enter into this agreement and that all information provided by you is accurate, complete, and up to date.

3. Grant of Use & License Restrictions
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Site solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to reproduce, distribute, deep-link, frame, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without our prior written consent. The use of bots, spiders, or automated tools to access or extract content is strictly prohibited.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Your order is an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion.
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Customised, personalised, or perishable orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun. Please refer to our Return/Refund Policy for further details.

5. Prices, Payment & Taxes
All prices listed on the Site are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment must be made through available payment gateways, and orders will only be processed once payment is successfully received and confirmed.
You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or government levies in accordance with Indian laws.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including trademarks, designs, logos, images, text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to Flora Lux and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any such content without our prior written permission.

7. User-Generated Content
If you submit any content to the Site (e.g., reviews, photos, testimonials), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute such content in any media or format in connection with our business.
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to submit such content.

8. Liability & Disclaimers
The Site and all related services are provided “as-is” and without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or complete accuracy of the content.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the order, or ₹500, whichever is lower. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Links to Third‑Party Sites
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such sites. Access to external websites is at your own risk.
10. Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time without notice if you violate these Terms or for operational, legal, or security reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.

11. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, cyberattacks, or pandemics.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, and the language of proceedings shall be English.

If arbitration is not applicable, the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified in advance (15–30 days where feasible). Continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Miscellaneous

These Terms, along with our other posted policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Flora Lux. Any prior agreements are hereby superseded.
No waiver of any term shall be deemed a continuing waiver unless expressly stated.
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may freely assign our rights under these Terms to affiliates, successors, or acquirers.
