Shipping policy

At Flora Lux, we are committed to delivering your handcrafted floral arrangements with care, speed, and precision. 

Delivery Locations 
We currently deliver only within Bangalore city. Delivery is available to most PIN codes 
within city limits. You can confirm service availability during checkout.. 

Delivery Timelines 
● Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2 PM IST. 
● Orders placed after 2 PM will be delivered the next business day. 
● Pre-orders and special occasion deliveries can be scheduled up to 30 days in 
advance. 

Shipping Charges 
● Standard delivery: Free for orders above ₹999. 
● Express/same-day delivery: ₹199 (subject to availability and location). 
● Custom delivery slots or large orders may incur additional charges. 

Delivery Time Slots 
You can choose from the following time slots at checkout: 
● 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM 
● 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM 
● 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM 
(Subject to availability and location constraints) 

Important Notes 
● We do not guarantee exact delivery times during peak seasons like Valentine’s Day, 
Mother’s Day, and Raksha Bandhan. 
● In case the recipient is unavailable, our delivery agent will attempt a second delivery 
or leave the flowers with a neighbor/security (as per instructions). 
● Due to the perishable nature of flowers, no re-delivery will be done if the order is 
undeliverable due to incorrect address or unavailability.
