At Flora Lux, we are committed to delivering fresh, beautiful floral arrangements with care and precision. Please review our policy before placing an order.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing the order.
After 15 minutes, cancellations are not possible due to the perishable nature of our products and the quick processing timeline.

Returns
We do not accept returns for flowers, as they are perishable goods and cannot be reused or resold.

Refunds
Refunds are only provided in the case of major defects, such as:
Wilted or damaged flowers upon delivery
Wrong product delivered

To be eligible for a refund:
A refund request must be raised within 1 hour of delivery
Clear photos and order details must be submitted for verification
We do not provide refunds for minor defects, including natural variations in flower shape, size, or color.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.
